Customer Care

Shipping

I make every effort to make sure these special adornments make it from my hands to yours.

Domestic Orders are shipped through USPS First Class Mail (3-5 business days) with appropriate insurance (covering the value of adornments) and tracking. The shipping costs for domestic, non-expedited adornments, are pre-calculated and will be reflected during the checkout process. Patron is responsible for all shipping costs. Once the adornments have been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with the tracking details. Eli Feight Designs is not responsible for the item once it is in the hands of the carrier, however, insurance claims will be filed as necessary.

International Shipping is welcome! If this is required, please send me a message prior to purchasing and I will adjust the shipping cost of that item to reflect the increase associated with shipping to your country. Patron is responsible for all shipping costs, including possible customs or import fees. International orders carry appropriate insurance (covering the value of adornments) and tracking. Please note; tracking does not always continue after the item has left the USA. Eli Feight Designs is not responsible for the item once it is in the hands of the carrier, however, insurance claims will be filed as necessary.

In a rush? If 2-Day Priority or Overnight shipping is desired, please send me a message prior to purchasing, as I may or may not be able to accommodate this request. If I can accommodate expedited shipping, I will adjust the shipping cost of that item to reflect the increase associated with this type of shipment.

Available Adornments will be shipped 1-3 days after payment is received.

Custom Work will be shipped once the final payment is received.

Refunds and Repairs

Due to the nature and processes of creating customized one-of-a-kind handmade adornments, all sales are final. Please be certain of sizes, dimensions, and aesthetics prior to purchasing an adornment. If you have any questions, please contact me to discuss any uncertainties.

My adornments are built to last and are guaranteed for life against craftsmanship/manufacturing defects. If this type of issue arises, please send me a detailed message with numerous pictures of the damage(s). If deemed to be a craftsmanship/manufacturing defect, the patron will be responsible for shipping the item back to me, however, I will be responsible for shipping the restored item. This guarantee does not cover negligence, everyday wear and tear, or loss. I will fairly address craftsmanship/manufacturing issues and restore adornments, if agreed upon prior, on a case-by-case basis.

Accidents Happen! If your adornment is damaged, fret not as I offer repair services. Please send me a detailed message with numerous pictures of the damage so we can determine the most appropriate course of action. First, I will determine if the piece can be repaired. If yes, I will provide a quote for said repairs. Patron is responsible for all repair and shipping costs.

I got the wrong ring size for them!” If this unfortunate event occurs, please remember that it is the patron’s responsibility to be certain of sizes, dimensions, and aesthetics prior to purchasing an adornment. However, in some cases, a ring may be re-sized. This will be addressed on a case-by-case basis. Please send me a message to determine the most appropriate course of action. Patron is responsible for all repair and shipping costs.

Other Repairs: if you have an item created by someone else, I may be able to provide repair services! Please send me a detailed message including suspected metals (gold, silver, pewter) and gemstones, along with pictures of the damage. I will need to determine if the piece can be repaired and given the sight-unseen nature of repairing other jewelers’ work, I may not be able to ultimately repair an item. If the item can be repaired, I will provide a quote prior to beginning the repair. Patron is responsible for repair costs and all shipping, even if I determine the item cannot be repaired once I have it in my possession.

Caring for your Adornments

Please be gentle and loving to your handmade gems! All Eli Feight Designs adornments are welcome to be shipped back for touch-ups and professional polishing for a nominal fee. Patron is responsible for services and shipping costs. Please contact me for a quote.

All orders come with a complimentary polishing cloth for routine cleaning. Sterling silver naturally tarnishes when exposed to air over time. To preserve the shine of your sterling silver, polish your adornments every few months (or more often) and when possible, store your adornments in an airtight jewelry case. Please contact me if you have any questions about this process.

I do not recommend using over-the-counter Jewelry Cleaning Solutions because of their abrasive chemical nature, instead, I recommend mild soap and water followed by drying and polishing with a polishing cloth.

Sunlight can also change the color and quality of certain gemstones (especially Opals), so I recommend keeping your adornments out of direct sunlight for extremely long periods of time.

Be gentle with your gemstones! Do not expose them to any chemicals, extreme changes in temperature, or hard surfaces. While some gemstones are high on the hardness scale like Diamonds and Sapphires, others like Opals and Turquoise are soft and fragile in nature and will scratch or break with improper care.

Feel free to message me with any other questions you might have about certain stones and adornment care!
